Product Description

Specification: 5kg or 3kg

Ingredients: sorbotol solution, single and double glycerol fatty acid esters, propylene glycol , polyoxyethylene(20) sorbitan monostearate, sucrose esters of fatty acids, sorbitan monostearate(span 60), propylene glycol ester of fatty acids, water. 

Scope of use: pasties of bakery product series. 

Usage : add to the cake, pastry directly, and use the whole egg production mothod to mix together. Improve the paste emulsion stability and the gluten network structure, maintain moisture, prevent ageing. For increasing products softness , it has remarkable effect. 

Dosage : total amount of raw material 1.5%

Storage : under normal temperature, keep in cool and dry place, avoid sunlight. 

Shelf life: 18 months.
