5. The pineapple that peel was full of fruit eye, look carefully, distribute very regular.

6. Following the regular lines, use the knife to cut one side obliquely and then the other side obliquely.

7. Pick out the eye.

8. Repeat the above actions, as shown in the picture, leaving the last circle of fruit eyes.

9. Cut the pineapple in half from the middle and then cut it in half as shown in the picture. (if you eat it raw, cut off the core. It's hard and doesn't taste good.)

10. Then cut into pieces.

11. Put in the blender for a little stir, stir the results of the mud, do not stir too broken.

12. Put the puree on a plate.

13. Sprinkle sugar supplied from Fruit Flavoured Jam Factory on the surface, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

14. Pour the chilled pineapple puree directly into the stainless steel, add maltose and bring to a boil over high heat.

15. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer (about 30 minutes).

16. Pour in the lemon juice.

17. Cook for another 5 minutes and the pineapple jam is ready. Prepare a clean glass bottle and boil it in boiling water. Then put the marmalade into the bottle while it is still hot. Tighten the lid and cool it.
